Get random sims to work at restaurant?

Hi people :) i am a quite new sims4 player and im more on the building site, sooo this question might be dumb for some. But heres the story. I have a household with 2 sims living in henford on bagley. Then i got bored i went to manage worlds and started building a community park in  san myshuno. I love the park i created. There is also a resstaurant in the park. Im coming to an end with building and i slowly want to get some sims to spend their time there. Now my question. How do i get random sims to work at that restaurant ?? I have no clue. I read some articles on the internet but as i am a beginner i dont understand half of it. So i hope someone here can explain it in a way i understand it haha. Thanks so much in advance.

Hallo Leute:) Ich bin ein ganz neuer sims4-Spieler und ich bin mehr auf der builder seite also könnte diese Frage für einige dumm sein. Aber hier ist die Geschichte. Ich habe einen Haushalt mit zwei Sims, die in Henford auf Bagley leben. Dann wurde mir langweilig, ich wechselte zuWelten verwalten und begann, einen Gemeinschaftspark in San Myshuno zu bauen. Ich liebe den Park, den ich geschaffen habe. Es gibt auch ein Restaurant. Bin jetzt bald fertig mit dem Bauen und möchte schön langsam bisschen leben in den park bringen,m. Nun meine Frage. Wie bekomme ich zufällige Sims, die in diesem Restaurant arbeiten?? Ich habe keine Ahnung. Ich habe einige Artikel im Internet gelesen, aber da ich ein Anfänger bin, verstehe ich die Hälfte davon nicht. Ich hoffe also, dass jemand hier es auf eine Weise erklären kann, die ich verstehe. Vielen Dank im Voraus.

    There will automatically be NPC staff that run the restaurant. You just need to make sure that you have all the required items there for a restaurant lot.

    Ok i can change the lot type in myshuno meadows only with a mod what i found out now. But thats no problem. Does it mean when i change the lot type to restaurant random sims will automatically show up and start to work there ? Or do i have to do something else in order to make them work ?

    In order for a restaurant to function it has to be a restaurant lot type.  You can build something that looks like a restaurant on another lot type (like a park) but the restaurant will not function as a restaurant.  If you make the lot a restaurant lot type some of the park things may or may not function.  I'm not sure but maybe give that a try.  I usually make lots with just one function.
