Help my CC content isn't working and I'm ready to fight my lap top??

Hey beware I don't know much about tech language so you might need to slightly dumb down your words for me. Anyway most of my CC content is not appearing in my game. I repaired the game, put my CC into labeled folders, my folder isn't in my one drive, and I don't know what else to do?
