Help on Batuu

I'm working through the resistance missions on Batuu and I'm trying to complete the X-wing mission where you scramble the first orders starfighter traffic, repair the X-wing, and then try a distraction mission.

I've done all of the above and it will not allow me to fly the mission stating that I need to complete the other steps. I've tried canceling the mission and restarting it, I've restarted my game and nothing. 

I would like to move past this mission.
