Help worlds

Hi i paid and downloaded the Eco pack to my base game it has downloaded and the world was present however i could not access it. i uninstalled it and reinstalled it multiple times and it will not work. i have repaired the game and still a issue. in other worlds i can access the content such a building items but still cannot see nor access the world. any help would be appricated
