High pitch voice and CAS bug

I’m having an issue - it was reported prior and marked as archived but still not solved. Any time my sim dates a male from cupids corner - their voice comes super high pitched and feminine. When you go on CAS you can see its sets deeper but always plays high pitch. A second issue, if you change their clothes on CAS - it always defaults back to the original clothing when you load in from another location. This seems to only be an issue from sims from gallery. 

for example - I am currently using Scrub De Reve and he keeps getting stuck in his scrubs when I load in from another location.
