household family wont load

hello im having issues loading into a family im trying to play it goes into the loading screen then plays the music like its loaded and then nothing carry's on with the music and i cant play the household.

the steps i have done is taken mods cc out deleted cache repaired game. I started a new save and placed them in with no cc or mods on and it still happening i have also placed the family into a another sim household and still wont load even though it loaded the family before i placed them in. Does anyone know what else could be causing this has i really dont want to lose that household tia
