How to Allow Friends and Family to Use Life's Necessities When Visiting?

Hi there so a simple question here. I have a large family household that I have split into two.

I've moved out the teenagers into a separate house and now they're coming to hang out with the parents and play with their siblings on the original property. The problem is that when I am the visitor and I'm not in control of the household of the parents of my Sims - every time I want to sleep or shower or do something else the father would tell me that it's inappropriate and would try to kick me out even though we are Family ties. It's very annoying and I want to stop this I want to play two different households because I cannot control 8 different Sims on the same property madness so what I want to do is to be able to visit each other's houses and use all of the things in the household without being nagged.

And "Always Welcome" reward trait is how one does that. It's inexpensive for a reason.

This is a really big issue! There should be NO REASON for people connected through family ties, good friends, and romantic couples to not be allowed to automatically "make themselves at home" in their parents'/grandparents'/siblings'/significant other's home. NONE!

No, it's actually a very minor issue, which is why it has gotten so little attention over the 9+ years that it's been this way. There are reasons to make certain actions inappropriate for visitors, even if they are relatives or close friends. The main one, of course, is that it's a design choice and the developers choice was different from yours. That's probably because the more exceptions you add to a general rule, the more difficult it becomes to program.
