How to I complete the errands for Cottage Living?

To complete the errands, click on the sim that gave you the errand - for the one in your pic, click on the Grocery Stall vendor, not the stall.  If you haven't met them yet so you get the full social menu, then you need to meet them first.  The options to give them the things from the errand are sometimes buried in one of the social submenus, Friendly mostly, if memory serves correctly.

If you have met them and are still only getting the 2 options shown in the pic, then make sure you have the correct sim that gave you the errand and you've done everything they asked.  And if you already have errands for other sims that haven't been completed, there is a limit of how many you can have open at a time.  Either 2 or 3, I forget which, so you can't get another one until completing one of those you already have open.
