I can't transfer money to my get to work retail shop

@nlybzkya I just checked in my game and was able to transfer money in both directions...


You could try running a game repair, and if you still have the issue, do you have Mods or CC? If you do, you could try closing your game, moving your Mods folder to your desktop for safekeeping, remove the localthumbcache.package file,  and test without saving to see if the issue is gone without the Mods/CC in the game.

Hi, I cant transfer money either. Nor can i set items for sale, nor can I make money from items i sell.

I was using mods this whole time and could buy and sell items, but since i dont play retail lots often (my restaurants were fine but i havent checked yet) idk when it started. i just know after this update i noticed this issue. I took all my script mods out and i still couldnt do anything. Im currently repairing and trying with out everything but i dont think itll work still.

I dont have the 'for rent' pack. She was in an apartment in the city though, i moved her to a house and still had the issue.

I also just tried without mods after repairing... still cant transfer 

@HooteyHew  Please try the following all in this order without skipping any steps, even if you did some of the steps before:

1. Close the game.
2. Move your entire Mods folder to your desktop (save it for reference) & delete the localthumbcache.package file in your 'The Sims 4' folder.
3. Don't reopen the game yet. Run a game repair and make sure the game is fully updated.
4. Then open your game and create a brand new save and see if the issue is still there. Then exit the game without saving. If the issue was gone without the Mods folder, and after all of these steps have been done, then it's likely the issue is with a Mod or CC.

Are you guys still working on it? It's not working for me (I live in a R-rental). We need a fix now we're close to the next EP since is related to stores.
