I dont see Wear costumes on my sim

I found this really weird bug where i cant seem to find Wear costumes at all. Please let me know if u can find a way to fix this (No i dont have spooky stuff just the seasons.)

    Well no, but i saw the wear costume just without the picture. you can close this now
