Hi @brendaacra  To change the lot type, go into Build Mode and click on the Lot Info Panel icon in the upper left corner of your game screen. Click the menu under where it says Lot Type and a drop-down menu will appear with all of the lot types available in your game. Click on the lot type you'd like to change it to. When you are finished, click on the Lot Info Panel icon again to collapse and hide the menu.

enter the lot in build mode:

In the top left corner of the screen you will see the 'information' panel for the lot. Please open this panel and select a different lot type; (ie, residential, etc.)
