are you on a Mac or PC ?
To be sure, did you delete the save game or the Sims game off your computer ?
If you by accident hit the delete button on the family, then you can't recover the save unless you saved them to the gallery or made a backup at some point.
pc. Well if I can't recover the family could I at least somehow recover the accidentally deleted game file like the world that I had it
