Items in my game keep disappearing/Crashes

My sims 4 has a bug, Ive dont trouble shooting, talking to someone at multiple forums and even with my mod folder removed i still have the issues. I was told to contact EA, I emailed months ago and never got a response about it though. I want to restart my game but i know i will have the same issue. Can someone help remove the bug?
