Left and right sliders not working

When I enter cas any slider that involves a left/right movement does not work. For example hips, spinning the sim, lip and nose width. I have tested both my mouse and the touchpad but neither work. I do use custom content such as clothing, hair, and accessories, but no gameplay mods. I’ve tried creating new save files, repairing the game, removing all cc, but nothing will work.
