Life and Death Festivals will not Populate

I’ve tried on four separate save files, but I cannot get the new festivals to populate in Ravenwood. When I select the travel to festival option, there will be no difference compared to traveling to those lots during any time of day. I have no mods or CC installed and never have. I have tried using the repair function without luck as well.

In addition, after I installed the new pack the reapers rewards stopped working/loading as well. Thinking they may be related? Should I try uninstalling Life and Death and reinstalling?

    @raysofstephy118 Where are you looking ? The festivals are taking place in spaces in the world and not on the lots itself. Depending on the festival, they might be a bit hard to find but you can use the focus feature on the town hall.
