Life and Death hair bug

When I go to change the hair on a sim and use the hair from the Life and Death pack it makes them bald. I've tried closing the game and going back in, and it still wasn't work. I even checked to see if maybe there was an accessory that was causing that to happen, and even when I ensured all accessories had been removed, my sim was still bald.
