I'm not sure if a list like that exists.
But you can start a clean game to have a peek at those builds, it won't delete your current game.
- Go to Documents\Electronic Arts\
- Rename the 'The Sims 4' folder to something like 'The Sims 4 good'
- Start the game, this will create a new folder. You'll have a clean game now.
- Have a peek in the library and around town for the builds and Sims you're looking for.
Those you want to keep you can upload to the gallery.
- Close the game when you're done, and rename the current 'The Sims 4' folder or delete it.
- Then rename your 'The Sims 4 good' back to 'The Sims 4' and start the game again.
And voilà your game is back and you have all you need on your gallery page. Either save them to your library or delete them when you've added them back in your game.
This is also the way to make back ups from your current game!
