male sim can't wear female CC

my male sim can't wear the dress custom content i just got ☹️ i can put him in most female stuff made by maxis and a couple custom contents, but not the specific stuff I want... if i turn him into a woman, he can wear it. But i dont want him to be a woman lol. Is there like a mod that lets the boys wear girl clothes? ☹️((
