I can't open my sims 4 game on my mac
I literally tried everything. I deleted and re-uploaded, but nothing has changed.

since you choose both mac and pc, did you have the same issue on PC ?
What error code/LE are you getting or does it just endlessly load ?
Is it the game or the save you can't open ? Are you using mods/cc ?
