Mermaid not getting hydration
Mermaid sleeps all night in the pool and swims around all day. Every now and then she has to get out of the water to come in and take a bath so she can rehydrate. 🙄
The only bug report I found that anyone replied was this exact thing but marked as fixed back in 2019? I don't usually play with mermaids, but it seems to me they have several issues. i.e. I made my first mermaid for this household in cas and never could get her to transform into her mermaid form in game. I eventually ended up trashing that sim, after hours of looking for solutions, and editing a randomly generated sim to be a mermaid. Finally I had a tail in the bathtub and a hydration bar so I thought it was fixed. My alien in the household worked hard long hours freelance programming to earn the simoleons to build her a pool that now seems to be pointless. I'm so sad for them.
Has anybody had this or similar and any ideas about how to fix? I don't have any swimming mods that i can think of or any that should interfere with that area.
