Missing townie taking up a "want"
My sim wants to complete an action with a townie named Seth. I cannot find Seth anywhere. He is not in my relationship tab, not available to call or invite over. He's not in the Manage Households men...

Check that you haven't pinned the want to stay. Other than that, sims usually refresh their wants when they go to sleep and wake up the next morning. If a sim is culled, then they don't usually exist any more and you wouldn't even see a portrait or name in the want bubble, so Seth still exists it seems.
