My sims trait panel isn't showing up

my traits panel won't show up no matter what I do I even took my mods folder out of my sims folder and put in in my mac desktop because I thought maybe one of the mods was an issue but no nothing happened it was still the same then I tried repairing the game through the repair button but it still didn't do anything. I need help asap please.
