500 hours gone due to the new update
when i went to play the sims4 every save, build, screenshot and household i made was gone. years of work down the drain due to the newest update. i've looked everywhere and there's no way to fix it..... i'm not sure if i ever want to play again. and on top of all that i can't seem to find any sort of customer service. if there's any way to even get a little bit back i would love that.
