I have the reclaimed wood working table. I'm handiness level 10. I can't find the option to create the reclaimed wood dining chairs from my wood working table. I have no mods.

Read an article on gamerant - they gave a tip that if you can't see the chair in the options, you have to claim the reward, which is the chair.
Did you claim the rewards ?
no option for build the woodworking table?? past level 5 handiness. whats going on? cant complete the task
Did you claim the reward already ? To build the table, you need to first claim it.
Good afternoon. I'm late getting started on my Sims, spending all morning long on my genealogy.
What I discovered was with just two tasks remaining, my Sim couldn't even find the Reclaimed wood Dining table to even work on. I even changed out the wood working table, just in case. No dice. So, I went to another task. ((This helps to keep me from getting too frustrated, which plays havoc on ye olde blood pressure.) At any rate, things went okay for about a minute.
The next task I set out to complete, of the two that remain, was to have my Sim listen to Nature Soundscape radio. Bought a radio, flipped through the entire set of stations to end up back at the beginning. Again, I switched out radios and tried again. Same thing happened. I'd surf through each channel to come up empty.
So, I have to ask, is it just me? Or is this a snafu? Any suggestions are totally welcome.
The radio station and the table are both rewards that need to get claimed before they appear in game. If you claimed them, and they still do not show up, I suggest to save, quit the game, delete localthumbcache and start the game again.
I'm unable to complete quests due to the options not being available in the game. For example, the quest is "craft a reclaimed wood dining table" but the option is not available at the craft table. and "listen to Natures Soundscapes radio station while sleeping in the same room" and again the option isn't available with the radio.
Same question: Did you claim the rewards ?

I found I needed Handiness 6 (not 5 as indicated edit: or maybe I didn't claim it as mentioned by EnkiSchmidt), and it was under the "more choices..." selection. I accidentally did a normal dinning table first, then saw the "Reclaimed Wood Dining Table" under the "more choices..." selection.
you have to collect first round of rewards and then it will be available :)
