Did you update your game ? This bug has been fixed.
Did you try renaming your user folder and do a game repair ?
Not sure if it is currently working, it just became summer in my game, but my game has been updated and repaired! So, because this bug has been fixed, when new years come around again, I should be able to set a new years resolution. 😁 Thanks!
