No Occult Vampire Option

I'm creating a new Sims but there's no option to create a vampire. When I click on the option to create a 2nd sim, it doesn't show the Occult option. I do own the pack and I have been able to create vampires before from the character creation menu. I don't use mods and only the normal game expansion. What should I do to be able to create a vampire?

Ok I figured it out. I looks for some reason the add-ons on the EA app itself got uninstalled (maybe during an update or something). I re-downloaded the add-ons and now it's working. Thanks for your support!

@dany_zelda7 Hi. Have you already tried to run a Repair in the EA app? Can you share a screenshot of the CAS when the problem occurs?

I attempted the repair option and even uninstalled the app but still no option for occult creation. I added the screenshot.
