No 'Watch Movie' Option

I have tried all TV in the game. I play with mods, but have tried getting rid of them all and repairing the game to no avail.

When I click on a TV, the only options presented are upgrade, watch channel, channel surf, whereas I used to have the option to 'watch movie...' and 'watch movie with...'.

 I have get famous, cats and dogs, vampire, seasons, dine out, spa day, and a bunch of stuff packs which include movie hangout stuff

    Removing mods isn't enought. Move the mods folder to desktop. Delete localthumbcache.package file in the game folder and fix game in Origin.

    I've delete the file and repaired my game. Still no joy. I've tried all TVs on a new household in a new save.

    Mods I have (had, for the record):

    • Sim Lag Fix
    • UI Cheats Extensions
    • <some adult mods>
    • Tongue mod
    • Basemental Drugs
    • MCCC
    • A bunch of CAS clothing CC

    Edit (crin): Please don't name adult mods in here, even when just using an abbreviation>
