None Of My sim interactions are working

when I click on my sims there are no interaction pop ups, when I click on anything else the interaction work fine but the interactions for the sims have completely disappeared

    Could you please provide the following information

    -  Are you using mods/cc in your game ? Please remove them and test without them if you do.
