I am only allowed to play the game for a few minutes before my sim freezes and even resetting them doesn't work. Then I get a error message saying match making service failed. I just spent 40 dollars on a game that I can't even play now. Is anyone else getting this message and if so, did you fix it an how?
Are you using mods or not ? You choose both no Mods and no mods/cc ?
The matchmaking LE has a bug report here: LastException: matchmaking_service failed
The freezing can have many issues so first step would be to try without mods/cc if you have any.
I tested it with mods and without mods. Without mods I could play without my sims freezing but I still got the LastException match making service fail. Thank you for the help!
If they don't freeze without mods you probably have an outdated one so you need to check what you are using and remove/update outdated mods.
