Old save keeps crashing.

My game that I’ve been playing for the last 8 months all of a sudden is broken. Whenever I attempt to travel somewhere I get an error that says the game failed to load. Error code: 107:77dd1fbb:3615da46. It is recommended you restart the game. Is this fixable or did I lose this save for good? I’ve put so much work into it.
