Pet dies with Zero notifications and no urn to be found or grim reaper

This is my first time experiencing this but my in one of my saves, I had an elder dog, I was throwing a party and after everyone had left I noticed the sad moodlets throughout the entire household. I then realized my pet had died with zero notifications or the grim reaper showing up. I have no idea what even happened but saw that my pet was removed from my household bar below and could not find the urn as well
