Physics degree not working

My Sim got a Distinguished Physics Degree with Honors from Foxbury.  He went to the graduation ceremony, has the diploma in his inventory, and has the degree in his Simology.  However, he is only being accepted in the Astronaut field at Level 3; there is no career boost, signing bonus, etc. like there is supposed to be.  It's working fine for the mechanical engineering field though.

    Yes but it's also the only one I've tried.  (I'm in a long legacy game so it's going to be a hot minute before I try another degree.)  Will keep you updated.  Sorry all my issues are a one and done!

    Was that the only career that didn't work properly for the degree ?

    No mods at the time.  I did not have three branches offered, I only had the base career option.

    Hi rachel0526​ 

    Could you please provide the following information

    • Are you using mods/cc in your game ? Please remove them and test without them if you do.
    • Do you not have the option to enter as Interstellar Smuggler Career/Space Ranger Career ? With the degrees you usually have 3 career options. One fore each branch or doing the base career.
