problem with floor levels

hello! so i started making a house and i’m worried i may have messed up terribly. i started by creating a floor and using the room arrows to bring it into the ground, creating a basement. i noticed the house has a white trim along the bottom and that it doesn’t exactly line up with the ground. before i go any further with my building i wanted to know how i can remedy this because i’m afraid it will be unplayable with the front door not aligning with the floor. photo for reference of the white trim/floor not aligning attached. help please !!!! thanks!

    @amandaxtommo I think you should go ahead and try the house to see if it works. Set it as a community lot, then send any Sim you feel like to the lot and see if you can get inside. If the doors are working, you can change the lot type back to a residential setting and continue building. If they aren't working, you'll know you need to fix them. Either way, you'll be able to stop worrying.
