Yeah, it also happened to me twice. But I only had the option to buy the house unfurnished (at $20k) so I had to buy more furniture and ended up spending a bit more.

- @anacfonseca1 Thanks, I didn't buy the first time but the second I did and it came fully furnished, including things like the $12,000 bed. I got rid of those really big items before buying (did not change the value) as it felt too much.
