Thanks. @lansta1 Yes, so the half walls are the issue. You either need to redraw that area you've currently got marked off with a half wall using the custom room tool, or you need to forgo the half wall altogether. You might experiment with using bb.moveobjects and the shrink command ([) to place objects along the area to simulate a divider:
The ACTUAL answer is that you’re trying to apply a frieze to an entire room. Hold SHIFT while using the tool to apply it to a single wall. Then just apply them exactly where you want.
This is by design, though not very intuitive. It took me months to figure it out.
