You don't need to uninstall the pack. You can disable it so it will not load with the rest of the game, but it will remain installed on your computer. Just google the search term: Sims 4 disable pack and you should be able to find the steps to do that. It's pretty easy to do but the steps are a little different depending on whether you use Origin or the EA App.
