Re: [FAQ] Why don't my expansion packs transfer between platforms?

I used to play the sims 4 on my PC, but the drive recently failed so I've moved onto my XBOX. I have 14 packs that I've paid for on my EA account, and after linking my EA account with all of those packs they aren't showing up.

It's been 2 hours since, ive checked the actual manage add-on settings and they arent there.

What do i do?
