Please try the following two things:

• First, rename your The Sims 4 folder in your Documents > Electronic Arts folder. Name it The Sims 4_OLD (save that "The Sims 4_OLD" folder, as it contains all of your current games and info.)
• Now open your game. Your game will make a new, vanilla "The Sims 4" folder (add nothing to it).
  
• Now start a new game save and make a new Sim. Now use that new Sim to 'move in' somewhere... you should then see 'Chestnut Ridge' in the list of worlds you can move into.
  

If you see Chestnut Ridge in this new game, this confirms that it is on your account and that we're dealing with something else.
