It was indeed a cc. I had cleansed my mods and updated it because of all the previous conflicts I had, but while doing so I copied some of the cc's I had on a backup folder and one of them was a cc I had already deleted. This solved my problem with the vet treats but I still can't say for sure whether it was that cc the one that prevented my pets from eating on their own because they haven't eaten yet and I'm writing this reply right after finding the conflictive mod.

Also, the conflictive mod was OccultModManager_Jackboog21 it wasn't updated so I can't say if it was because of that since I never actually used it, so I deleted it permanently.
