Re: Trendsetter Aspiration: Can't complete Complete Daily Career Task

Hi @lolo199293 - I just ran through a tutorial test with a new sim in the Trendsetter career. There were 2 things I noticed:

1. You get the career goal tasks before you go to work (as long as you socialized with Alex in the morning), but the goals won't clear at all until you come home from work. So, if you're attempting to do the daily task before you go to work, try having the sim go to work and come home first. Trendsetter goals before work

2. When the sim returns home from work, there is a short voiceover that tells you to complete the work task to clear the aspiration goal. In my case, the daily task is "Discuss outfits or fashion" in the job panel. But, my sim had a big arrow over the computer with a tutorial prompt to "Write" 

My sim had autonomously started writing a trend-setter article the previous day, so when I clicked on the computer I had the choice to "resume writing" a fashion article 

As soon as I told the sim to resume article, the aspiration goal cleared (but the job daily task did not) 

If your sim has been to work and is trying to clear the aspiration goal, I would check on the computer for a work-related task, in case you missed a tutorial prompt. If that doesn't work, the specific daily task - "Discuss Outfits" or "Discuss Fashion" should work.

Since you've tried the specific daily task you've been given, try Writing Fashion Article on the computer
