How can I change the Sims 4 to English?

Purchased it in Ukraine so the only available languages were Russian, Polish and Czech. Already tried to uninstall the game and change the language to English in the Origin/EA account settings but unfortunately it didn't work☹️

How can I change the language to English without loosing all the packs/kits that I have previously purchased?
