@jayfluid  You should be able to contact EA customer support and get the global version of Sims 4 added to your account, and the language-locked version removed.

It's best to use the live chat option rather than email.  If you don't see it, change the region in your browser window to U.S. or U.K., or choose a slightly different category of issue.  And if you don't get anywhere with support, please let me know.
