Save files will not load, error 104:eefd972d

While I do play with CC and a few select mods, I do not plan on removing them yet because this issue has also occurred in players who have never used mods or CC. This is clearly not just a mod issue, so I don't see the point. 

My game has worked perfectly fine after the last update, until today. When I opened it, my saves would not launch, and I received a message saying I should relaunch the game. I did, and it didn't help. I'll attach the message below.

Please fix this problem :(
