Script Call Fail

I just booted up the game after not playing for....maybe 7 days? and was going to my small business lot to continue editing it and noticed something weird. Most things in under the small business section in build mode and then the small business category couldn't be placed and anything that was previously placed was put into my household inventory. If I tried to place anything from that specific category, the game would give me a "script call fail" message.

I tried going into steam and verifying all my content, that didn't fix it. I tried uninstalling the entire game and reinstalling it, that didn't fix it. I loaded the game up and went to see if it would happen at any other lot and it turned out I could place the objects that were causing me issues in any lot EXCEPT for my small business lot.

I then saved my entire lot, bulldozed it and then replaced it with the same lot with all the same furniture. Still had the same issue. I then bulldozed it again and replaced it with the same lot, but this time without any of the furniture. I could then place the small business items again. Then went through all the placed items to see if there was one specific room and/or item that causing the issue. I finally found it, the script call fail with the small business items was being caused solely by the Plant Containment Cell from the StrangerVille game pack.

If I remove it, I no longer get the script call fail and if I place a brand new plant containment cell, I have the script call fail once again.

Now I don't know if this is the only item that is currently causing an issue, but it's the only one I have noticed so far.

Also, I have installed all the DLC available on steam and I don't play with any mods.
