Script files in mods folder/Some cc not showing up?

So, Firstly some cc are not showing up in my game and I'm trying to figure out why...? I think I'm suppose to go into my rescue.cfg (opening it in textedit) and I can see that it says "Priority 500" ...

@leana2001f13 For CC, or Custom Content items, you have to be careful of what type of CC you are installing. Some CC files are simply re-colors of other items and they will not appear in your game unless you also have the original, or "mesh", item in your game as well. Editing your Resource.cfg file should not be necessary to get your mods or Custom Content to work unless you have created a lot of sub-folders. That value has nothing to do with the number of files you can put in your Mods folder. It would be almost impossible to troubleshoot 2000+ files at one time so the best thing you could do is add them into your game in small batches and test each one as you install them. Keep things as organized as possible and get rid of everything you don't absolutely love.

Many game mods contain .ts4script files and if you remove these script files the mod will not work. For any mod that is having a negative effect on your game, make sure you are only using the most recent version of that mod and it has been verified to be compatible with the current game patch. If the mod is obsolete it can cause problems in your game or even ruin a game save. It's generally best to go directly to the mod creator's web-page for any update information but there are several Mod tracker sites you could use as well. The Mods Tracker I use the most often is at Simsonics Sims 4.

Good luck I hope this helps :D
