Sims - Get Famous pack purchased but no available to download
Just bought this pack and transaction went smoothly. It's not downloading or available to download. It just says it's unlocked.

The Sims 4: I was chatting with a girl or boy named Karan and he/she said that if I use this code it would let me get the Sims 4 Get Famous pack the day before it comes out.
- @Fanofthenba I don't notice any question there, but if you're wondering how to redeem a code, you have to click the Origin menu inside your client, then Redeem Product Code.
- A small note
If the game is not on Origin then no codes will help. The game will be on Origin according to the given date by EA

On the topic itself: All expansions are released that way. They are always released at the same time for your specific timezone. For example for me that's 0:00am Central European time (UTC+1). But as I'm in Ireland, which is on UTC+/-0, I can already play at 11pm on the 15th.
