Sims 4 event rewards disappeared

I just noticed that my rewards disappeared from my account for the Nature’s Calling event. I started up the game today and went to build something. After searching for a while to find the items I couldn't seem to locate them all. It looks like some are there, but the others are missing. For example, I can still see the "Reclaimed Woodworking Table" but the "Wooden Throne" and some of the other rewards are missing from my build menu. They were in my game last week but now they are gone.

Just an update. They are still not appearing in my game. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game, but that didn't work. I disabled all mods, but that didn't work. I tried logging out of my EA account, then log back in.

I have this screenshot from my game showing the item Wooden Throne, but when I look in the Build/Buy it doesn't show as an option.

Do you have the option to craft The Wooden Throne on a woodworking table?  You craft it on a woodworking table rather than buying it in build mode.

I just noticed this on my account as well, except mine is related to the Reaper's Calling rewards. Minimum, I remember unlocking the Grimophone, but when going into buy-mode today, I noticed I have 0 of those rewards.

I saw on another thread (when doing some lurking) that there is a guide to fixing this for computer users, but I'm having a hard time searching for the fix in the forum due to saturation (which, I suppose, I'm slightly not helping with by posting here). Clicking on the console bug report (which was linked in the post I was able to find) returned an access denied error.

I was poking around in Build Mode today and looked at the Special Events filter in Sims 4. I've noticed that all of my Reaper's Rewards event items are gone. I thought maybe I mis-remembered and I didn't unlock all the rewards, but upon review I definitely know I unlocked the Grimophone, which is also missing.

• I checked as suggested: Audio Tab/Button
• I also removed all filters except Special Events (which is where I noticed I no longer have ANY Grim Rewards)
• I searched for the Grimophone name directly

This is consistent whether I am running mods or not, and the only mods I have are the Weerbesu UI mod. I've also restarted the Sims 4 and my machine to no avail.

What do you expect to see? Grim Reaper rewards are supposed to be in Sim's inventory or build mode
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? I have attempted to retrieve them with mods on and off.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Not sure

Is there a way to easily find the fix and/or is there a path to regaining access to these rewards if all other rewards are available?

Greetings, I'm having the same issue with the current Friends Forever event (October 2025).  What is also interesting is none of my prior event rewards are showing up.  This is crazy.  Hopefully EA will stop these events if rewards will be deleted from our games.   We love playing and these events are actually not necessary to encourage us to play.
