sims 4 ps4 jasmine holiday

Please help !!!
I really want to complete the day if the dead challenge on the PS4 version of the game. I have the deluxe party edition (early release). I have updated the game to the last version but there is no option to phone jasmine holiday and I can't find her anywhere in the neighbourhood.
Anyone managed to start or complete this challenge and how please?

    You can get the sugar skulls without cheats on PS4. First, you must have an urn or tombstone from a dead sim on your property. Interact with it and select "Leave Sugarskull offering". If you're lucky, a Day of the Dead celebrator will appear in the neighborhood, you'll get a notification saying this has happened. You can try this once every day. Once successful, locate the celebrator and befriend them. After they've befriended you, you can ask for a collectible sugar skull and they'll give you one.

    @IamEGP, thanks for updating this thread. 🙂  Until recently, you couldn't do that, so something must have changed in an update.  We were discussing it on another thread a week or two ago, but the information hadn't been updated here.  Some people are still having a really difficult time befriending the Day of the Dead Celebrants because they usually want to leave and not talk. 😞 Also, most people have stated that you need to be a Good Friend in order for a DOD celebrant to give you a sugar skull. 🤨  It's not perfect, but at least you can now complete the collection without cheats! :eahigh_file:
