Sims 4 veterinarians are stuck during gameplay

Lately while playing my sims 4 game pack Get To Work, my veterinarians get stuck during gameplay. They literally freeze in place while playing during the entire shift. I’ve reset my sims and the vet ...

is that with the standard clinic that came with the game or did you build your own ? Does it work if you go to a vet as a customer ?

Have you tested another clinic as well ?
