Sims won’t buy after ringing up in retail store.

In my retail store from Get To Work, after ringing up a sim, the item just stays and don’t actually buy the item and the prompt to ring them again continues. I am able to sell clothes on a mannequin,...

Hi Nicholas0511 To o be sure: Do you get messages that they bought something and how much you earned and the item disappears or does all that not happen ? Or is it just the money missing ?

Also: Any mods/cc in your game ?
